These terms apply to all orders placed via stad3d.nl.
Every city model is made to order based on the location and specifications you choose. Because each model is unique to you, it cannot be resold to another customer — and so the right of withdrawal does not apply (Article 6:230p BW). If something is wrong with your order, we will always make it right.
If your order arrives damaged or contains a production defect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@stad3d.nl and include photos. We will offer a replacement or repair.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
We deliver within the Netherlands only. The estimated delivery time is shown during checkout.
Dutch law applies to all orders.
