This privacy policy explains what personal data Stad3D collects, why we collect it, and what rights you have.
Data controller
Stad3D is a trade name of Studio Toren (KvK 42042305), based in Alphen aan den Rijn, the Netherlands. Studio Toren is the data controller for the personal data described below. Questions about this policy? Email info@stad3d.nl.
What we collect and why
If you fill in the contact form, we process your name, email address and message so we can answer your question (legitimate interest, and consent where applicable). If you place an order, we also process your full postal address and payment details, necessary to perform the contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who we share data with
We use a limited number of parties that process personal data on our behalf: Stripe for handling payments, Purelymail for sending email such as order confirmations, and our hosting provider for hosting our website and data.
How long we keep data
Data tied to an order, such as invoice data, is kept for 7 years due to Dutch fiscal bookkeeping requirements. Contact-form data that does not result in an order is kept for 2 years.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or have your personal data deleted. To exercise these rights, contact info@stad3d.nl. If we can't resolve your concern together, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
